I have some ideas that you might like. Do you ever take series of timed pictures during long breath-holds? It would really see you struggle to keep down under as time goes by.
Or what about a timed series of pictures with you lying in an empty tub. Then fill the tub until you are fully submerged. Later, the tub slowly goes empty again, you still lying on the bottom, having defeated the rising water.

I love your site! Ask your friend to take a class in SCUBA diving, I know you will love the freedom of swimming underwater with the fishes. I took a class at the YMCA and found it very interesting! For evaluation purposes they ask you to swim the length of a standard pool underwater on one breath. For our final testing, we took a dive boat out to Catalina Island for our open-water certification. It was great! Do look into to this, you'll never regret it.
